Beer brat charro beans

What you’ll need:
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into ½” rounds
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 pound whole button mushrooms, stems removed
- ¾ cup vegan barbecue sauce
- 8 wooden skewers
- 1 package Tofurky® Beer Brats, cut into ¾” rounds
How to make:
- Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 10-30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high and brush with oil.
- Thread beer brats onto skewers, alternating with the vegetables. Evenly baste skewers with some of the barbecue sauce.
- Grill skewers, basting occasionally with barbecue sauce, until vegetables are tender and brats are heated through, about 15 minutes.
